Patternise works with a wide range of clients across the UK - managing large volume projects for major corporates and Visual Merchandisers to smaller projects for individuals and weddings.

We have an in house design team and use state of the art laser cutters from our technology partner (Trotec.)

We specialise in cutting “clean” materials such as fine papers, cards, acrylics and plastics (PP/PET).

All of our laser hardware is built in Austria/Germany, and we also have a super pulsed Trotec galvo system (GS1000), which enables extremely high-speed laser cutting and high volume paper finishing. With this system, we are able to cut many 1000's of sheets within very quick time-frames, which would be impossible with standard lasers.

Our lasers systems have camera recognition capabilities, which enables registration marks to determine the position and rotation of the printed sheet material on the working area of our machines.
Additionally, any distortions (linear or non-linear) in the printed material are recognised, and adjustments to the cutting path are applied using sophisticated mathematical algorithms.
Registration marks are read prior to cutting, enabling a perfect cut to the tightest of tolerances. This is particularly useful when no/minimal bleed exists on the printed artwork, or where a high number of individual objects are to be cut from a single sheet.

Our Laser cutting studio is located in West Sussex with same day services into London and across the UK.

So, whether you have laser artwork ready process, or would like our design studio to assist you, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
