Airbnb dominos
Patternise laser cut, QC’d and sorted 162,600 acrylic domino's (5450 sets) for Airbnb, completing the job inside 14 days, just prior to the festive season. Domino's were laser cut in house and were sent as Christmas gifts to selected Airbnb Hosts across the UK, Germany and France. Dominos is a universal game played around the world, where language barriers need not be a problem. Domino's were individually laser cut from sheets of 6mm acrylic with duplex printed Polypropylene (PP) surface.
2M Dia Stars
These stunning, giant stars were manufactured for a leading UK supermarket, A clean, simple design was cut into each prong of the star to ensure the light filtered through casting stunning shadows and shapes around the venue. As they are bespoke, you can have any design, simple or intricate, applied to them
They come complete with a reinforced acrylic hanger allowing them to be easily suspended from rigging or hanging points and they are safety tested and certified for use with mains powered lighting.
Star lanterns were fully reinforced and laser cut from 570gsm Stardream card. They were created in our Sussex laser studio in 2 sizes – the large stars measure a massive 2 meters in width, whilst the smaller ones measured 1.5m from tip to tip.

Wild Homes for Wildlife
Upcycling with IKEA in the Royal Borough of Greenwich
We were delighted to work with Beep Studio, laser cutting these amazing nesting boxes from polypropylene. These ‘Animal Homes’ were created using up-cycled IKEA products, getting people excited about helping local wildlife by turning the ordinary into something extraordinary.
The resulting design is a flock of nesting boxes for families of birds, springing from a timber pole like blossom.
STUNNING CORPORATE EVENT LIGHTING
Patternise was commissioned to design and manufacture bespoke table centrepieces for a large scale event held in London in Feb 2015.
The final approved design was manufactured from a heavy weight 570gsm material (duplexed gold on the inner and bronze on the outer). Our wireless LED battery operated "Egglites" provided internal illumination. Shadows were cast far and wide.
Personalised Lanterns for SPAM
Patternise was commissioned to design and lasercut bespoke geometric lanterns for the Feast of Lantern event in Norfolk. The lanterns were made from duplexed 570gsm papers in SPAM'S corporate colours.
BMW Lanterns

BESPOKE LASER CUT SHADES FOR THE GROSVENOR HOTEL
We were approached by The Grosvenor Hotel on Park Lane to design and manufacture some geometric lighting shades for a large corporate event within a very tight timeline.
Our design studio proposed a simple but effective laser cut design suitable for illumination that was “tab based” meaning the large 1 metre wide structures could be transported flat and made onsite by the client.
Made from 1000gsm paper and made/supplied in 50, 75 and 100cm dias.
